Honestly? Them. That's why I invested in the first place. I had looked at and discarded IVZ due to the Zimbabwe location when it was far cheaper but when the PDPA was signed I looked into things more and learnt of the desperate supply issues over there.

If this doesn't work out for us well we just lose on the chance to make money, or lose money depending on the buy in. Plenty more fish in the sea.

For them they lose far more. I'd expect plenty of ongoing government and Zimbabwe media support along the way. Also the government know if they try anything funny with IVZ foreign investment is basically dead forever and not returning. Not worried about sovereign risks while the current government is in.
