I personally would have this at around 10% due to all the unknowns and simply because that is about the strike rate on average for frontier plays. I would say 30-35% is very high, that's the sort of number you give a prospect which may have amplitude support and has wells in the vicinity to provide knowledge of hydrocarbons/seal/reservoir. I've seen a discovery made on such a number, then the next well was given 60%, and it was a duster. The takeaway is that these COS numbers are needed for certain purposes, but a generic table like below is as good as anything. IVZ's project is in the second bottom row, maybe 3rd bottom if you want to be generous.
