I should have read more closely. I thought this was like a referendum and that the countdown was to the final vote and it was done and dusted.
The countdown is to getting it to Parliament for reading. I haven't followed closely enough to know what the process is. It could go on for months after that. Or that might be it. Dunno. Maybe someone else can comment.
