Is the Hire/Fire policies of big business killing

    There are many on the forum either running their own business or conscientious salary-men of whom I would like to ask the above question.
    And I don't just mean after sales service but the more fundamental task of selling and delivering the good or service they purport to supply.
    As a customer, I am fed up. Only one of nearly ten potential suppliers bothers to contact me, but usually just to introduce their new rep/sales manager. That's when a new round of fights on price/delivery begin. I got fed up and told the new rep to P*** off. No-one has since contacted me work out a solution. These people are in a cut-throat industry.
    As shareholders we should be concerned at such performance.
