Is a huge rally coming?

G'day
I'm very bearish like most, however mindful of the fact that when everyone is bearish it could be time for a move up. I was reading about new highs and new lows analysis (elder) last night, that got me looking at some different indicators for the US markets. When I use 5 year monthly with the advance/decline indicators the result looks very bullish. Any thoughts?
Also, where can I look at new highs and new lows indicators.
