They mean to restart BSPH full on and likely most items already done in SECRET such as the plans, licence applications, site surveys, quotes, likely a builder waiting for the contract signing too.

CEO stated building starts in June so will be a massive few months turning this from a $200M MCap operation to $3B like all other 100kozpa gold producers are at now, but even more so it has more capacity than Kanowna Belle valued at $4B for NST and also has Ag Ni Cu milling circuits plus massive tailings dam and airstrip and staff camps already all built.

Lionore & Norilsk spent $2.2B on the BSPH site and infrastructure and HRZ going to turn it into a desperately needed regional production powerhouse imho.
