    I was thinking more of the fact that CLL retained the rights over the Homerville lateritic "mineralisation" rather than individual elements.
    The Al concentration would be an effect of the laterisation profile and exists within the current Homerville JORC area (I think)
    But you pose some very interesting questions. Might be worth trying to get clarification from both companies about it.
    And for example if CLL found a pod of Cu/Ni sulphide chock full of gold in the ultramafics under Homerville, who has the rights on it?
