    Hi Vistica

Theres a new expression for them.

They're called SPD's. Share Price Demontors.

These guys usually appear on threads such as this, with an another purpose than to be constructive within the forum they attend and often to try and suck the life from a share price via sentiment. Creating doubt.

    How to pick a SPD.

    Usually, these posters
    1) Don't have current research and try to contest viable research.
    2) Use old or crystal ball comparisons on unsuccesfull exploration or business goals.
3)Don't usually post within the forum.
4)Work in a group of two or more. Bounce negative sentiment off each other so as to create a doubt about the investment amongst other more positive posters (investers)
5)Usually seem to have no reason to talk about the stock within the thread.
6)Often post with 'No stock' and 'no' sentiment.
7)Post headings of negative sentiment, or post within negative headings, to keep a negative facing on the discussion board.
    8) Constantly challenge the more constructive positive posts.

Why a SPD does what it does.

    1) One of the main reasons is that they think they have influence on Share Price.
    2) Think they have influence on sentiment.
    3) To think they can short.
    4) Often miss out on price dips.
    5) Work on behalf of Clients.
    6) Sometimes but not often they're lonely.

    What to do about SPD's

Can't do much! Thy're damned. They've missed out. They're not very happy. Feel a bit sorry for them. Often they don't make any money anyway.

    They're SPD's.

    Share Price Demontors.

I've only heard. And it's unsubstantiated
