HELP-Slow speed using Apple and netscape

    a fellow poster (whiskas) here uses an OS9 Apple laptop and Netscape which is unacceptably slow compared with my set-up, IBM and Internet Explorer when downloading Hotcopper. So slow that he has temporarily had to stop coming in until this problem can be resolved.

    Can anyone help with suggestions. Please.
