If Gillard, is going to compensate "customers", .... and this is the main question that continues to go unanswered, how are the "customers" going to use less energy, .... and generally, how can they, especially during winter ??
The Labor Govt has squandered $20 Billion and more that could have contributed to more green energy sources being put in place.
Also, the Gvt. from Gillard down , IMO, are not setting good examples as far as going green, ie., electric/hybrid m/vehicles, .... except maybe BBrown with his holiday home in tasmania.
(they want us back in caves and walking everywhere though)
