Hello all,
Have just been watching an episode of Grand Designs NZ which involved a fancy farm house in Owaka (South Island Dairy area I think).
Anyway, a lot of attention was on the prefabricated concrete walls that were specified to be 115mm thick - the concrete company really stressed they would be more comfortable with 150mm - 200mm, but attempted the thinner panels. 2 of the panels cracked when being inserted.
If only there was a better way....
