Yes I knew what you were saying a few days back, and no, I don't underestimate the Yank's. What I was putting forward, was they have a huge task ahead of them, and more to the point, no producer will send them product at volume before their conversion facility is ready to receive that feed at volume, lessons from the past. So best case, if they break ground today, shipments are 2 years away.
Yes, an Oz & US tag team would be a strong player, show me the money, and then some, if ya want product quick.....
