gold rise-not just war preminm

    Looking at matters it seems obviously that there is a 'War' premium in gold but everone realises from history that is just 'Transitory' however there seems to be other 'Changed' factors affecting buyers such as the US Defecit with what that meens as far as surplus US$ looking for homes and with the US$ currency risk meening a lower US$ against 'Hard' currencies.
    Also there is the Japanese Banks risk as far as the Garantee from the Japanese central bank of the change in guaranfees for deposits . Perhaps someone can expand on that please?
