global exchanges for tech stocks

I have been trading the Nasdaq for the past couple of years - primarily for its liquidity and my preference to follow the high beta tech stocks. The only problem, is the unsociable/difficult trading hours - 10.30pm to 5am

The UK market provides good liquidity but suffocates the short term trader with high brokerage and government charges (stamp duty). Can anyone advise of suitable Asian or European stock exchanges that provide a quality exposure to the tech sector and good liquidity? And not unreasonable commissions/government charges...!

Thanks for any assistance you can provide
