I'm surprised... VUL wants to deliver lithium by mid-2028, that's still a good two years and three months away.

Since the beginning of December 2025, the financing, permits, and contracts for the construction of a central lithium plant (CLP) for the industrial-scale production of this critical raw material have been in place, according to VUL.

I regularly pass by the construction site in Frankfurt and see with my own eyes what's happening, or rather, what isn't happening. Absolutely nothing has happened there in the last four months!
No groundbreaking, no site setup, no excavation... absolutely nothing.
It's not like they're just putting up a warehouse made of prefabricated concrete elements... I'd say, based on my personal assessment,
that this isn't going to happen on schedule.

VUL has its annual general meeting in May; I expect they'll present a new timeline there, pushing back the completion date.
