    As far as crash is concerned, if you are not geared then you should be ok. If you have options then plan ahead.
    Human nature is always to look forward with hope. So even the market crashes it will come back. If you are sitting on lots of profits ,may not be a bad idea to realise profits. Remember ATO loves you making profits and realising.
