This World AIDS Day we at theAlliance for Public Healthare also marking our 25th anniversary! Out of these 25 years, personally I have been at the Alliance/Alliance Technical Assistance Centre (ATAC), Alliance Consultancyoverall for 11 years! During this time, I have been a part of numerous exciting and impactful projects! Starting out at Alliance Consultancy, I wrote successful funding proposals, managed crucial international technical assistance assignments, led communications of a regional project. We developed online courses, facilitated TA requests, shared information and coordinated communication among the whole Eastern Europe and Central Asia region! Since starting to work for the Alliance, I have coordinated operational research, that, among other things, had led to PrEP being launched in North Macedonia; launched and am currently managing a first in EECA pharmacotherapy pilot for people who use stimulants drugs in Ukraine; managed the development of an AI based digital assistant TWIIN, that is working actively providing support and information to key populations and target communities in Ukraine, and today is switching to a new upgraded and faster mode, as well as starting to be tested to work in Tajikistan and Georgia, with Kazakhstan and Moldova coming up next. I am incredibly proud and honoured to be a part of the Alliance and to have been a part of all these incredible initiatives and hope to continue growing and contributing to ending the epidemic worldwide!
