Like you pointed out MEI will have a simple agricultural style flow sheet where as ARR will definitely be more complicated with added steps which = higher capex, I also doubt their opex will be anywhere near us. Instead the market chooses to look at headline numbers tonnage without thinking further about what all this means for capex and opex and timelines etc....
