As many holders on this forum would know, I’ve been somewhat skeptical about this company in the past. I won’t go into that today—but looking ahead into 2026, I’m holding onto hope that we might finally see some sustained strength.

One concern I still have is the possibility of a takeover occurring before ADR achieves genuine, positive cash flow. That would deny long-term retail holders the full reward for their patience. But as always, time will tell.

What is worth highlighting, however, is the ongoing conversion of options by directors and major holders. These options don’t expire until November 2026, so it does raise the question—why the urgency to convert now when they have almost a full year left? It feels like something may be brewing behind the scenes.

Something Brewing? Recent Option Conversions Could Be a Bullish Signal

There's been a noticeable pattern over the past couple of weeks with a wave of option conversions and convertible note activity at Adherium (ADR). While speculation is always just that—speculation—this kind of coordinated movement often doesn’t happen by accident.

Firstly, many holders of options expiring in November 2026 have chosen to convert now, even though they had nearly a year left. That’s unusual. Why commit funds now if nothing is on the horizon? Especially when they could have just bought the same shares on market for 0.005c?

Even more telling, George Baran—a major insider—just converted 1.4 million convertible notes into 287 million shares and 143 million options. That’s a massive move, and again, could’ve waited if there wasn’t a reason to act now.

And let’s not forget—these aren't just a few holders converting. Over 80 million shares were issued through option exercises this week alone, plus 474 million more from note conversions. That’s real movement.

Put together, it paints a picture of insiders and option holders positioning themselves early, possibly in anticipation of something meaningful—be it a re-rate, strategic partnership, or new traction in the U.S. market.

Could just be coincidence. But to me, this looks like smart money preparing for a shift.
