Funding Anteo going forward.
I thought I’d start a new thread on how holders see the company bridging the gap between where we are now to becoming a fully self sustaining cashflow positive operation.
I think most can see that there is definitely going to be the need for at least one more capital injection before we reach that elusive state that’s always seemed like a mirage in the distance for Anteo.
Do holders, ( off the back of these pretty astounding technical achievements ), feel that a retail raise is something that would be well supported at this stage? I’m not so sure given the extreme dilution thrust upon us from the last two.
What about other options?? Is it not the case that our rather impressive CEO stated that while on this last American trip she would not only visit our new partner BDS’ facility but would also hold meetings with potential investors??
From the company announcement before the trip….
“The AnteoTech team will visit BDS in Austin Texas before the Battery Show … and will meet with potential customers and potential investors …”
A thought I have that is striking to me is that BDS itself has Saudi money behind them. I believe as pointed out by my old mate Jandb85 SABIC is the major stakeholder behind that company.
So the Saudis found what the Black Diamond Structures lads and ladesses were up to with the carbon nanotubes compelling enough to throw money behind them. It just makes me wonder if recent technical achievement by Anteo and the fact that the two companies tech has been shown to compliment each other brilliantly might make the Saudi’s interested in throwing some of their abundant cash our way as well?
I could be completely off the mark here, but I do hope that the comment in the battery show announcement about meeting with potential investors has some validity and something is cooking in the background on this front. To me I feel a large cash injection by some well known entity for a stake of the ABT division would be just what Anteo needs right now and not some bullshit raise that feathers the pockets of so called “sophisticated” Aussie investors or as some would call them vultures that can’t wait to dump all their shares to keep attached long dated options for a free play.
Interested in others thoughts and am happy to be told i’m way off in my thinking. But if so why? And then how should we fund ourselves through to the profitability a lot of us can see coming that is this time hopefully not just another mirage.
