    Hi HotCopperites.

I seem to remember some time back a couple of you were trading Forex and claiming it has very good leverage compared to futures.

I have never traded foreign currency cross rates and would like to know the following:

    1) Do you trade a contract of x amount of whatever the currency is worth, or simply purchase a chosen value in whatever Forex market you want to trade?

    2) How does the leverage (if any) work)?

    3) Do you have to purchase the actual currency, or do they take a margin (similar to futures) and you make a profit or loss on the changes?

    4) Does anybody know any sites that explain the Forex markets?

    Thanks in anticipation:
    Bomber
