    Satori,

Firstly, in my view, ATI is an emerging growth stock.

As you are aware from our previous discussions, a growth stock is one which meets the following criteria:

    1. has a superior management team and board

    2. has world class assets

    3. has a core focus.

In my opinion ATI is a 'textbook' example of an emerging growth stock as it clearly on the right path to meet all 3 criteria.

The following extract is taken directly from the company's website:

"Atlantic's vision is to become a company with a portfolio of 2 to 3 world class resource projects that provide superior returns to shareholders.

    1. Position Atlantic as the preferred bauxite development partner for the Vietnamese Government. Atlantic will continue to work with T-MV and the Vietnamese Government to develop the countrys bauxite resources in the most economically efficient, sustainable and environmentally responsible manner for the benefit of Vietnam, the Lam Dong province, T-MV, the people of Vietnam and the shareholders of Atlantic. It is expected the development of these resources, beginning with the Vietnam Bauxite project, will add significant regional and national benefits.

    2. Leverage Atlantics financing capability to examine other low cost, long life production opportunities. Alantic is committed to building an outstanding Board and management team of talented and experienced people to execute the new strategy.

This building process has already begun and the Board has received expressions of support from major financiers willing to support Atlantics vision. This strong financing capability will allow Atlantic to pursue the acquisition, development and operation of a stable of world class, low cost, long life production assets, with an initial focus on bulk commodities.

Atlantic has already begun the process of reviewing further mining opportunities with a view to building a world class business."

Further, they have recently completed a modest capital raising to the tune of $4.9m at 3.5c.

ATI has corporate footprint written all over it in my view mainly on the back of consistent reference by the company that they have received strong financial support to pursue their projects.

Their recently announced MOU indicates that they aim to acquire a significant land grab of some 1.5b metric tonnes of bauxite in Vietnam. This is huge if they can pull it off.

The historic nature of previous drilling suggests that the upcoming drilling program should be successful.

Interest in bauxite from China is growing on a daily basis and is expected to continue to grow into the next few years.

Finally, this will be a significant fast track project; they have said so themselves.

The on-screen activity over the past 3 months is clearly an indicative of register profiling and likely confidence from supporters. We all know that charts never lie.

At the current MC it is in my view, a fair valuation. If however they can pull off a jv with the Vietnamese Government (T-MV), it will be 'game on' and one would think that it should receive significant interest from institutional investors/suitors.
