    anyone contemplating the direction of the sp.should read the neville owen decision on the bell case,this goes back to the crash of ,87.

    banks modus operandi is to allow the opportunity to trade out,providing income from interest payments,administration might see those payments capitalised in the form of full liquidation leaving banks as the leading creditor ,and shareholders with absolutely nothing,cdr is a case in point.

    any run on the sp. is almost certainly manipulated,so beware,
    the independant board of directors will undoubtedly seek legal advice,that advice is the protective measure of the board,the board will do everything legally within its power
    but nothing more,so beware your capital is at significant risk.afg have already advised there is significant risk

    boards while acting in the best interests of the company and indirectly shareholders,have legal obligations which must be adhered to,even more so in these troubled times ,once administration orders are placed it would seem very unlikely any shareholder value would remain
