    LION NATHAN (LNN) up 10c to $5.62: Solid investor support ahead
    of its full-year result on Thursday. The brewer is expected to announce
    its Chinese beer business has achieved break-even on an EBITDA basis.
    But the unit is still expected to incur an EBIT loss.

    WESTERN AREAS (WSA) down 27c to $1.15: Profit-taking continues.
    Completed three diamond drillholes at the Flying Fox prospect over the
    weekend as it evaluates the recent high-grade discovery and adjacent
    targets. One of the latests hole intersected massive nickel sulphides
    but directors say "the intersection is thinner than predicted and infill
    drilling is required to explain this occurrence".

    HAMILTON ISLAND (HAM) up 4c to $3.30: Follows an increase in the
    takeover bid by 21st Century Resorts to $3.25 a share, which will rise
    to $3.32 if 21st Century lifts its stake in Hamilton Is above 90 per
    cent. This trumps the rival offer by General Property Trust subsidiary
    Voyages Hotels & Resorts of $3.13 a share. GPT was down 1c to $2.78.

    PATRICK (PRK) up 34c to $14.94: Rose 24c on Friday following
    release of details of the Virgin Blue float. Shaw Stockbroking has named
    Patrick its "Idea of the Day" and predicts "strong growth from Pacific
    National, VB, ports and logistics operations".

    MOUNT CONQUEROR MINERALS (MCO) up 2.5c to 11c: Has risen 4.8c in
    four trading days. In its quarterly review, the company said
    re-evaluation of the results of its exploration at Morning Star had
    resulted in a significant increase in resources. Review of the Ottery
    resource had also resulted in a substantial increase.

    INCITEC PIVOT (IPL) up 6c to $15.79: Posted a net profit before
    significant items of $35.1 million for the year, up 66 per cent from the
    $21.2 million reported by Pivot in 2002. Earnings for 2004 are expected
    to be underpinned by synergies derived from the June 1 2003 merger.
