    Here is yet another example of the arrogance of those parliamentary despots: seeking to determine gender ratios as if the choice was actually their prerogative. They really do seem to believe that the electorate will compliantly carry out their wishes by voting accordingly; that their plan, from conception to completion is a fait accompli.


    They usually employ the tactic of coercion by penalty to force compliance from the people, but in this instance, it won't work. So instead, they must hang their heads and try voluntary cooperation for a change. And man, will they discover it to be humiliatingly painful!
