Federal Court case

It appears as though the case involving Christian Reiche V Neometals is being carefully looked at by Adele Ferguson, a renown journalist for the ABC.
She was granted access to some documents and refused access to others. Lets see if the ABC shines some sunlight on this case. One wonders why they have interest?
I wonder if she will also pickup on the upcoming Supreme Court of WA case scheduled for the 27th of January and it's implications for shareholders, none of which we have been told?
