Twiggy doesn’t know off FBR, because they been hiding in a shed from the Russians, Italian Marfia or what ever other excuses they can throw up. This project has dragged out way too long now, Twiggie probably would love the concept of FBR, but he would be exploring other avenues to help achieve it quicker. It makes my blood boil on how much exposure and possible contracts we have missed out on, being so far behind schedule and no end date in sight.
