@coz19 my view is that while a hostile T/O is possible it is very very unlikely. Their history is that they usually fail and TG and family, directors and friends have a large part of the registry tied up. A hostile T/O is more likely to just create interest and a higher price and would not be a smart move for a suitor. Talking quietly to LTR in the background is the better approach so that the LTR board comes to the shareholders and recommends we accept a price and explain why we should (based on KDR metrics and others) in the absence of a higher offer. If we are very lucky we could also get an auction and a counter bid. There are many potential buyers from around the world, India or South Korea for example are options or FMG or RIO might decide to diversify or WES might double dip, and playing the aggressive card is in my opinion not the way to get KV. Everything has a price as DR said.
