I'm not convinced that people are missing the understanding. Some people have made plans and spent years already analysing this consortium. It is just another process. Nice to tick it off, now move forward.
People have also been through two rounds of hype both in this forum space and the greater share buying population that allowed for the sharks, the shorters and the inevitable crash back to earth that sets back the share price by months for the holders.
TL;DR: Nice announcment. Get moving with feasibility, pilot plant, funding and buyer for 7.5% or keep it.
