ETM Summer Program-Licence renewal

I did foreshadow that once the Arbitration ended and it went back to the Greenland High Court
that this scenario would happen....
Not so much as the refusal to renew the exploration licence as this only came up over the last few weeks.
But that firstly it would be back in Greenland and therefore they (Being Naaja N and IA) would be playing every trick in the book to stop the project. They do not have a case and so far the High Court has nothing. December hearing 2025 paused till 12th January 2026 but I see that nothing has happened...

So Clearly if they have been caught with their pants down then starting in Nuuk with Svend Hardenberg if he was on the ball (Not worrying about deals with AI and Drew Horn Trump man) who should have been ringing alarm bells. Thay clearly have been unprepared for this scenario. If he had his nose to the ground then maybe the company would have been forewarned

The last read I saw from the Minerals Department was that it could be up to a month before a decision on the licence then they would meet then present to the parliament for a decision on cancelling the renewal...that was taking into the period end of MAY...

That is after statement Response completed by Easter

So if something has changed that is more positive then maybe you can enlighten me....

I do not think that it is any where near close for the fat Lady to be sining..

Also the Summer program I do think and I mentioned it beofre that the primary focus what visibility GML on the ground office open. Able to talk to the local community and re engage.

Also clarify on issues of concern regarding environmental etc....

Howver I do see it now as an opportunity over the next month to work on the ground with those who support the project to get it back on track.

We know all the other opportunities
EU looking for secure supply
USA looking for secure supply and more control
USA doing deal with the EU on joint critical supply
US increasing military presence building substantial infrustructure

It's all there opportunity.

Then we have the result of the Danish Election with Mette frederiksen reduced majority and an increase in the RIGHT

Then the 2 Greenland Politicians both wanting one from Naleraq and One from IA
Full Independence
Block Grant Increased
anything to do with the econmy is all in the future

But both coming from parties with very different views....

Also need to note that the Demokratik vote went down by 27% why, becuase they have not delivered on what they promised change....


We need to forget all about this other speculation of the recent posts by a number of knew entrants dominating the space with a differing scenario's.

And taking our eye off the BALL....

WE NEED TO FOCUS AS TO WHAT"S ON THE TABLE
It is now very much a Political Play and has been since Greenland took contol from January 2026 the company needs to get it's act together on that front quickly ...
