They won't do that because it is a bad thing. Instant results are bad. It would influence how people were choosing to vote, and people would be holding off voting to see " how it was trending" - a terrible idea.
Why? Because they turn it into a game or a race.
It isn't there for your entertainment. it is VOTING. Ask a grown up how important that is.
In previous years, you had to wait till the following month to wait until all results were tabulated.
