Excellent summary of our problems. Looks like we may end up having a poison cocktail.

My thought is that there is an even deadlier poison - Inhouse management incapability (strength comparable to say Inland Taipan poison). Examples include, ill timed management pay rise, new and unproductive executives, continues lies about growth and company's financial position, cover up of operational blunders, inability to monitor and manage productivity etc. How many times we had product labelling mistakes as disclosed, covered up product losses etc etc. I am sure most here are already aware of the long list.

I hope this have changed for good, and Nan evaluates everyone's performance including her own based on what profit the company is making. If we are cashflow neutral like last 2 quarters while there are no unidentified inefficiency then we will not survive, investors will flee like now. I still think Nan must be aiming a 20% minimum profitability, if not restructure teams, get cheaper and more efficient new staff where required. Put every effort to keep us alive. I know there may be hurdles but survival is paramount. AIMHO and GLTAH
