easy apple tart
Cut a sheet of puff pastry into quarters.
Brush each with a thin layer of apricot or other jam.
Place 3 mm slices of overlapping apple.
Sprinkle with a little brown sugar cinnamon and mace.
Brush milk on any exposed pastry.
Bake for at around 200 c for at least ¼ hour.
