Lets hope there is no takeover offer - like you say this puppy organically has a lot of potential yet to be realised and a long way to run on the SP.
Any takeover at $7 would be considered cheap/great value for the acquirer. I suspect down the line some of these assets will be sold or partially sold through each asset subsiduary. Some of this cash will be used to pay dividends and the rest to acquire new cheap assets or get newly acquired assets into production. Rinse and repeat. Lets not hope of a full takeover otherwise we lose the upside of the massive value creation that will be generated over the coming year(s).
