dumb and dumber again

    Apart from that I dispute my latest bill so I rang them and told the person not to lose the connection[happens all the time]
    He said ,"no worries"
    I just transfer you... few seconds hear nothing,then beep beep beep ,then some people's voices,I say "hello"... nothing.
    Then the line goes dead.
    I emailed them about 20 times about and told them 20 times that I would never ring Telstra again and the only reply I get is and standard email telling me to ring such and such number.

    I even made a suggestion that if I was in charge at Telstra and I was about to lose a customer I would ring the person at home and discuss the matter.
    Maybe Telstra hasn't woken up from the bad nightmare periods of the 80's.

    Does anybody know if I can sue them for incompetence?
