Whats interest me is initially they only had 25kg plant per annum.. and thinking they was going to sell that at $100,000 to generate 2.5mil per annum..
now the huge step change from 25kg (selling to a niche market) to 30,000kg per annum... Thats a huge scale up and now would be a bulk commodity.
I dont think they had it in their foresight to see them having such a huge capacity.
Now people with half a brain wouldn't go scaling there business up 1200x for no reason at all. These ''negotiations" must be signification to go and raise capital to warrant such an upgrade.
But when you switch on the "manufacturing mindset" of large bulk production commodities it makes sense.
Keen to see how the next 7 weeks go in the lead up to 30/04/2018..... Will DTZ management earn their performace shares? who knows... find out on the next episode of Dotz Nano.
