We can at least qualify the downside of KOR, it is 1 - 4 cents provided there is no debt. To explain, a public Co with no assets and no debt is worth between 500k and 200k. KOR appears to have no significant assets, can't speak for the the debt. It would be a good speculative buy at 1 cent. The graph of the share price of the company tells you the rest.
