So it looks like I was wrong to predict the DHG bid not likely to go ahead. In my defence, back when I made that post virtually no one predicted the stock market would not only recover all the substantial losses post-tariff announcement but be higher by early May.

Now that everyone's decided to price assets as if the tariff uncertainties don't exist, I guess CoStar won't be able to take DHG for less than their $4.43 offer.
