Excellent post 2Ic, based on WAF's chart you can certainly see that the CR's impacted WAF's share price through 2018 and into early 2019. Shareholders have only had some joy over the past few months with a breakout occurring in-line with a rise in the POG and on the back of positive mine construction releases/reports. The only question I have with your numbers is have you over estimated the capital required at this point and can the construction and hence capital requirements be staged over a couple of years - some pre gold flow and the remainder post gold flow as the mine goes deeper - of course we won't know this until we see the DFS and I certainly understand its better to run numbers on a higher amount at this point than under estimate. As many have stated before the lack of visibility on how the project is funded at this point means considerable risk still remains. Hence the current undervalued share price is likely due to a highly possible and significant CR sitting over its head at the moment which is deterring a number of investors from jumping in at this uncertain stage. Clearly a JV or take over scenario remains the best option to put a rocket under the share price.
