I understand your concern, as I also had the same concern, however, the gridCom board has agreed to progress the deal and if it has to will enforce the Singapore company law regarding 90%+ agreement in these types of transactions...I think the 2 real questions are consolidation and the implicit Market Cap value of gridCom as part of the CR. I think we are yet to understand the full potential of this technology and the growth of this company.
