Hi Lorderyall. Agree with all your points however; 1. By profit do you mean EBIT? 2. By company value i prefer to use EV which factors in net cash giving EV of about $1B. 3. Multiple for EV is approx 3.3 x EBIT
I agree this does seem very cheap. Despite already having a lot of CYL (bought much cheaper some time ago) I will be inclined to top up below $5.
Somebody is selling. My only concern is what they know that I dont?
