When will this CRS boom theory is pretty soon.....but that’s not a bad thing?

In 2002 CRS finalised the merger with Central Norseman Gold which gave it a production capacity of 250,000 ounces per annum.......

With an expected 250,000 ounces to be produced this year CRS should have revenues in the $72 million USD range according to the price of gold today i.e $310.......which should give it a profit of $4.65 million (USD) or EPS of $0.059 AUD after the average 6% profit margin is factored into the equation...

Realising this will give CRS at its current price an P/E ratio of 15.5....which is above the sector average P/E of 14.25.....which would mean that the current run up over the past 3 months should cease for now......but CRS should stay quite volatile in the future as the price of gold is rising to 3 year highs thanks the increasing demand from the Jap's and the devaluation of the USD....

Fundamentally CRS is a good gold stock with cash reserves of $24 million.....and AMP being a 9% shareholder...with expansion prospects in the future...

Currently i do not hold you can bet your bottem dollar i would be soon...but i wont go crazy at it...but instead buy into the fluctuation of gold if your one of the smart ones....
