NCR 22.2% 1.1¢ nucoal resources limited

    While MacDonald's exoneration is what sparked the rise in the SP over the last month, I don't believe it's now central to where the price is going. It's all about the compensation issue really, and MacDonald being acquitted just made that more likely. It has since been trumped by the coalition of cross benchers who've said they'll push for compensation for NuCoal, and that's regardless of what the DPP decide to do.

    From watching the price action over this week, buyers have come in waves but retreated once they saw there was supply around 3c. Why push the price up at this stage when sellers might be lured to drop their offers? It's a waiting game at the moment while loose hands are shaken out and buyers accumulate.
