In light of no action yesterday in relation to the DPP re-trial I am now wondering about the impact on the share price. It is interesting that the DPP had a considerable amount of time to put forward a re-trial decision in relation to the case. Just my opinion but possibly this delay may mean that they are struggling to bring enough evidence for a re-trial. How the stockmarket reacts to this today will be interesting - hopefully an upwards direction. I have put yesterday's minor sell off down to nervousness as it approached the court hearing time at 3.00pm. All in my opinion.
