Hi, I also invest in another small Alaskan oiler (who I won't mention at the risk of cross promoting - should be easy!). They frequently communicate a strategy of creaming the curve -which has been described as a 2-3 year process to maximise the monetisation phase for share holders to get biggest bang for your buck and exit at the most opportune time whilst not leaving too much money on the table.
I mention this, as I don't have the same clarity from FAR and what their longer term intentions actually are. Will they go to production, or are they expecting/soliciting a takeover, a sell partial down and move on but keep an interest or revenue stream, etc etc.??
With the absence of any real direction (maybe it is a deliberate strategy not to divulge, similar to PE silence?) it seems we're just going through the cycles of capital raising and pump and dump traders and the share price is struggling as a consequence. Funding is sorted for now, but will be deja vu soon enough.
Anyway, just a thought from a frustrated holder who was green for a whole 2 days.
