Cooking kale.

    Mrs H bought a big bunch of kale today but it is too strong tasting to eat as a salad. I did a search and it should be cooked but there is conflict in my mind whether it is boiled just long enough to wilt or for ten minutes in a pan.

    I'm thinking of chopping it, adding olive oil [butter?] and 90 secs in the microwave. How does that sound to you cooks?
