+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Keystone Solutions, part of the Solution 6 Group, announced today that it had finalised contracts to supply a new Keystone Professional global practice management system to Clifford Chance one of the world's largest multi-national law firms.
Keystone Solutions executive Graeme Frost said final negotiations surrounding the deal were now complete and a software licence agreement with Clifford Chance had been signed. In addition, he said development and implementation contracts were in place with management and IT consultants Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, who will be prime contractors on the implementation project including the software development and systems integration work.
"We are delighted that negotiations are now complete," said Frost. "Keystone will develop and implement a solution for Clifford Chance that integrates Keystone's technology-leading time and billing, and client management applications with Oracle's database and financial applications. Referring to Keystone Solutions' recent acquisition by Solution 6, Frost said that now Keystone was part of the enlarged Solution 6 group it was in a much better position to develop the future potential of its products.
"Keystone's ongoing success was dependent on securing large new business sales, on a regular basis. The Clifford Chance contract alone would not have guaranteed Keystone's future stability and although the deal is a high value transaction, the cash benefits will be realised over the full term of the implementation."
