Computer problem, help needed

    G'day
    I'm having problems with outlook express “Outlook Express main identity not responding”.
    I have run virus scan, reinstalled/repaired windows ME and Office 2000.
    Run scandisk(full), gone through the windows help system, all to no avail.
    Anyone got any ideas?
