If I was ERG management, I would look at completing a milestone and delivering something at one of their other contracts, then make a good news announcement, then reinstate.
Can't take this long to think about how much to sue the government for.
Also interesting to read that article that someone posted a few days ago that the NSW government will announce within weeks their solution to the bus ticketing. Can they appoint a contractor without a tender process ?
