I spoke on Wednesday with the head guy who says they are diligently progressing the application, it is not just sitting, and that we should expect to hear from them soon. He says it is taking them longer than they had originally anticipated but still well within their normal time frames. It is still sitting with their technical review team who are actively progressing it, and he says we should expect to hear their comments if any very soon. He says their policy is not to give any company a time frame outside of the statutory time frames which are significantly more generous.
As soon as we hear anything material further from the Department we will naturally make an announcement accordingly.

I'm pretty confident we will get there soon.
